Bakerflow SWD Series Sea Water pumps are a complete range of Duplex Stainless Condenser Water centrifugal pumps which follow the same nomenclature as the Standard Water SW Series of the Bakerflow range. Discharge sizes range from 32 to 300mm capable of flows up to 500litres per second. All parts of the pump wet end are in material suitable for sea water pumping. Hard faced mechanical seals fitted over a duplex stainless sleeve ensures the shaft is protected from pitting over the life of the pump. Casing, Impeller and Stuffing Box Backplate are all manufactured from cast Duplex Stainless 2205. Wear Rings are fitted as standard.

Our engineers and sales consultants will generate performance curves with full technical data such as electrical loadings, spatial requirements, and pipeline details. Instruction Manual with full installation and maintenance explanations will be supplied prior to delivery. Service and warranty agreements also available upon completion of commissioning. Because of the substantial costs of these specialised pumps, it is important to give Masterflow as many details as possible. Ask for our Detailed Checklist of Required Information to assist you in gathering all the essential information. If your plant room is existing, and you want a direct replacement, our sales consultant will visit site and conduct a full review to make a submission that will reduce the pipework changes, allowing for a streamlined installation.
