The pot is designed to hold a specific amount of chemicals, which can be mixed with water before being added to the system. It’s made of durable materials such as stainless steel or plastic to withstand the corrosive nature of the chemicals being used.
Features
Our chemical dosing pots are stainless steel construction with robust legs, and can hold from 14-25 litres (other sizes upon request). These pots are individually pressure tested and readily available here at Masterflow.
All the connection sizes are 1/2″, 15mm BSP. While they’re all standard at a 16bar pressure rating, high working pressures are available upon request.

- Chemicals have been poured into the dosing pot, all valves are open (except the drain), but the chemicals don’t seem to have entered the system? What could be the problem?
Check for air the system – this will prevent the release of chemicals.
